LEXSOR Top Management are committed to a Charter of Excellence that will ensure best practice relating to the supply of LEXSOR branded products.

This commitment includes:

1. The sourcing of world-class manufacturing facilities that will design and produce LEXSOR products through best practice manufacturing techniques, which will ensure the delivery of top quality product range to the end consumer. The most up to date manufacturing practices as well as the implementation of leading technologies including engineering, IT, design and ecological practices within LEXSOR products are encouraged, as defined by consumer demands.

2. The engagement of a professional third party dealer and distribution network, which is authorised to re-sell LEXSOR branded goods to end consumers whilst ensuring a professional manner through expected customer services that, where possible, quality instruments governing that service or activity dictates.

LEXSOR Top Management are committed to ensuring these standards are maintained through constant assessment of manufacturing processes and reseller services. LEXSOR Top Management will, when necessary, make changes to the manufacturing, distribution and dealer network in order to satisfy the commitments made through this Charter of Excellence.
